You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

We make every effort to ensure that our bags and studio products are described as accurately as possible.

• The information about goods (such as dimensions, materials, and product properties) found in the product descriptions are given to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

• Please note that product pictures are an integral part of the description. Due to digital display variations, actual product colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

• If you are not sure of the item condition, size, or properties, please contact Grid and Knot Studio for more information before you purchase the item

3. Prices, Shipping and Delivery

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping prices are specific to each product and depend on its dimensions, weight, and destination. Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• When Buying an Item: You agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it, and you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy it and complete the check-out payment process.

• Inspection on Delivery: All goods supplied by Grid and Knot Studio must be inspected for damage or parts missing immediately upon delivery. Any issues or damages must be reported to the courier/delivery driver straight away. Grid and Knot Studio will not be responsible for transit damage that was not reported to the courier upon receipt.

4. International Orders, Customs, and Duties

Grid and Knot Studio is based in the United Kingdom and ships internationally.

Important Notice on Import Taxes: When ordering goods for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, your shipment may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. All such additional charges for customs clearance, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Grid and Knot Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

5. Return and Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return any undamaged product under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You must notify us and return the product along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the package.

• Item Condition: Products will not be considered for a return or full refund if they have been used, damaged, altered, or changed in shape, form, or colour. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags.

• Return Carriage Costs: The cost of return shipping is strictly at the buyer's expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Grid and Knot Studio is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

• Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the approved return, we will issue a refund based upon the original payment method, excluding the original shipping costs and return carriage costs.

• Website eCommerce: Currently, we offer direct payment processing via our website eCommerce platform.

• Advance Payment: All goods must be fully paid for before they are processed and shipped by Grid and Knot Studio.

• Currency: Payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Grid and Knot Studio harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
